Free account entitles you to choose permanent 2 videos to watch from our library. You will be restricted from sharing videos links to your patients.

 

Premium subscription terms:

Currently SurgTalk support several different subscription terms:

1. Monthly plan.
2. Half-year plan, prepaid.
3. Annual plan, prepaid.

 

Convert free account to premium account:

If you’ve recently created as single surgeon account and login for the first time, you will be prompted to subscribe to premium account. Youcan convert your free account to SurgTalk premium account any time.

To upgrade, move the cursor to Account at the top right of the page. Click SurgTalk Premium from the drop down menu. You can also subscribe to SurgTalk Premium by clicking here

You need to purchase one subscription and it works for all of your devices.

 

How to purchase subscription with Google Play or Apple App Store?

Depending on your country and location, your credit card may not be supported by our card processing system. You can also purchase subscription using our mobile app, which uses Apple pay or Google Pay's payment system depending on your device, often in your local currency. Since the mobile apps use Apple’s and Google’s payment systems, additional payment options may be available.

To change payment methods, you have to cancel existing premium membership.

Android:

1. Go to Profile tab in SurgTalk Android app.
2. Tap on Subscription.
3. Choose subscription term (Monthly plan, half-year plan, or annual plan) from the list.
4. Next, tap on Continue, to complete your purchase.

Apple:

1. Go to Profile tab in SurgTalk iPhone, or iPad app.
2. Tap on Subscription.
3. Choose subscription term (Monthly plan, half-year plan, or annual plan) from the list.
4. Follow the procedure to complete purchase.

 

Managing your subscription:

You can manage your subscription via Subscription manager.

If you have purchased subscription using credit card, then you can cancel your premium subscription only through website Dashboard.To cancel your subscription, move the cursor to Account at the top right of the page. Click on Subscription from the drop-down menu. Next, click on Stop Membership button.

Note that even if you cancel subscriptions, you might still have some time left to enjoy the benefits of premium memberships. If you think, you are eligible for refund, please contact us.

How do I cancel my membership on iPhone or iPad?

If you have purchased subscription using Apple App Store, please follow these steps:

1. On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings
2. Tap on your Apple ID at the top and select Subscriptions.
3. Tap on SurgTalk, then tap on Cancel Subscription, and finally tap on Confirm.

How do I cancel my membership on Android?

1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store.
2. Check if you’re signed in to the correct Google account.
3. Tap on Menu Subscriptions.
4. Select the subscriptions you want to cancel.
5. Tap on Cancel.
6. Follow the instructions to confirm cancellation.

 

What happens to my subscription when price changes?

Our prices are subjected to change. When we update plan pricing, we will send you price change notice. Your existing membership will be temporarily stopped until you accept our new price. Once you accept, you will be charged with new price from upcoming billing cycle.
